SonicWALL SonicWave 641 Wi Fi 6 access point
The SonicWall SonicWave 641 Wi-Fi 6 access point uses 802.11ax. This is the most advanced technology of its’ kind available. The SonicWave 641 is cloud-managed using SonicWall’s Wireless Network Manager. It is the first of their Wi-Fi 6 offerings, the other being the SonicWave 681.
The SonicWave 641 offers a number of cool features that provide a really nice experience. To mention a few; there’s Rogue AP and device detection, Neighboring network avoidance, and longer battery life. There’s also integrated Switch management, Automatic firmware updates, and incredible ease-of-deployment (largely plug-and-play). Plus, it integrates beautifully with Wireless Network Manager and WiFi Planner.
Wireless Network Manager

Your users will enjoy the degree of access to applications and websites from their mobile devices, even where cellular network is least. And you can control access to things like social media unwanted or malicious websites.
Performance
As already stated, the SonicWave 641 Wi-Fi 6 access point utilizes 802.11ax technology. This improves performance in high-density environments (read more about Wi-Fi 6 here). Plus, the use of 1024 QAM allows more data to pass through. And, 802.11ax provides enhancements in MU-MIMO, with both uplink and downlink capabilities.
Additionally, 802.11ax works in both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. This means latency is reduced by 75%. The result is overall throughput improvement of up to 400%, with nominal data rate improvement of 37% over 802.11ac Wave 2.

The SonicWave 641 is a wireless 4×4:4 MU-MIMO access point, that can easily handle 150 or more clients per radio, and probably more. It has 8 internal antennas. It has 1 x 2.5GbE ethernet interface, and the SonicWave 681 has 1 x 5GbE ethernet interface.
