Tripp Lite Annual Service Agreement 3-Phase UPS and Primary Battery – Extended service agreement – parts and labor (for 3-phase UPS including 1 extra battery) – 1 year – on-site – 24×7
● One-year basic service contract including one annual major preventive maintenance visit performed during evening or weekend hours, one annual minor preventive maintenance visit performed during regular business hours for
3-phase 208-volt SUT Series UPS (SUT20K, SUT30K, SUT40K, SUT60K only) and domestically sold 400-volt SUTX Series (SUTX20K, SUTX40K only)
including internal battery strings
plus
one additional battery cabinet, and one year on-site “break/fix” warranty service, 24-by-7 basis for UPS power module only for locations within the 48 contiguous states.
● Excludes replacement batteries.
● Additional charges apply for additional battery cabinets.
● PREREQUISITE: Purchase of Tripp Lite startup service at time of UPS suite activation or preventive maintenance service and correction of out-of-specification conditions at customer expense prior to activation of warranty renewal.
