Description
Ruckus builds and delivers purpose-driven networks that perform in the tough environments of the industries they serve. The Ruckus R350 Wi-Fi 6 Access Point, like all Ruckus access points, quadruples Wi-Fi 5 throughput out of the box. Plus, Ruckus Wi-Fi 6 WLAN technologies use 1024-QAM modulation to increase data rates for compliant devices by up to 25 percent.
This makes it the de facto standard for networks covering large numbers of users and devices, including legacy devices.
Wi-Fi 6 is the foundation of many growing enterprise networks. It evolves beyond the 802.11ac standard in its dynamic bandwidth allocation and MIMO capabilities. It’s also backward compatible with Wi-Fi 5, making it a simple, flexible option for fast growing networks serving education, hospitality, multi dwelling units and other environments.
By the numbers
The Ruckus R350 delivers the ideal combination of increased capacity and improved coverage in dense environments. It’s an entry level, 2×2:2 device that supports 256 concurrent users, has two radios, and 1 x 1 GbE ethernet ports, and pushes a maximum data rate of 574 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, and 1.2 Gbps at 5 GHZ, for a combined maximum data rate of 1.774 Gbps.
The R550 is a 2×2:2 device. If you have any questions about this or any Ruckus product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Corporate Armor or call us at 877-449-0458! Datasheet
