Remote diagnostics and field technician dispatch expedites service response time. eNotify evaluates the health of your UPS by comparing current and historical performance data with specified parameters. The analyzed data is then used to make accurate performance reports of the UPS’s status. Monthly e-mail reports detail UPS performance and alarm history, enabling you to make more informed management decisions.
