Tripp Lite HDMI Over Dual Cat5/Cat6 Video Extender Kit IR Control 1080p 60Hz – Video/audio/infrared extender – over 2 x CAT 5/6 – up to 150 ft – TAA Compliant
The B125-101-60-IR HDMI over Dual Cat5/Cat6 Extender Kit includes a transmitter unit and a receiver unit that work in tandem to extend HDMI audio/video and IR control signals to an HDMI projector, monitor or television. The kit is ideal for digital signs, trade shows, presentations, classrooms, churches, retail settings and other applications where the video source is located farther than conventional cables allow. Use HDMI cables (such as Tripp Lite’s P568-Series) to connect the transmitter to the audio/video source and the receiver to the display. Dual Cat5e/6 cables connect the two units (for best results, use 24 AWG solid-wire Cat5e/6 cable, such as Tripp Lite’s N202-Series). The included external power supply can be connected to either the transmitter or receiver. The B125-101-60-IR can extend a high-definition 1920 x 1080 (1080p) signal with IR Control up to 150 feet when using 24 AWG solid-wire Cat5e/6 cable. The IR remote control feature lets you control the source, such as a Blu-ray player, using its remote when standing near the remote monitor. The plug-and-play B125-101-60-IR supports 7.1-channel surround sound, DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD audio, as well as EDID passthrough and HDCP. Easy to set up with no software or drivers to install. Works with all operating systems and HDMI sources.
